Pearl Lite - Routine Maintenance & Adjustments

With normal use of the Pearl Lite, routine maintenance procedures will be required to follow to ensure proper operation.
1. Lubricating the Slides.
If low spray densities are desired, proper lubrication of the rail system is required.
1. Spray the rail with a silicone based lubricant.
2. Move the Platen (5) in and out to evenly distribute the lubricant on the slides.
2. Adjusting Platen Height
The Platen (5) height can be adjust to accommodate larger garments.
Note: increasing the platen height will slightly reduce the spray width.
1. Twist the Platen Micro Adjustment Thumb-nuts (8) to increase or decrease the platen height.
