If you are not completely satisfied with any consumable product(s) you ordered you may return them for a full refund (minus shipping + 10% restocking fee) within 15 days of your order (*some exclusions apply).
The product(s) must not be opened, used or worn for refund approval. (*some exclusions apply)
Products may also be returned if they are defective. (*some exclusions apply)
Please email email@example.com before returning defective or unwanted merchandise. Merchandise or equipment returned without an RMA will be refused by the shipping department.
All Authorized equipment returns have a 35% restocking fee. All Demo Printer sales are final and non-refundable.
ALERT* - All equipment must be thoroughly checked and inspected at time of delivery for any damage in order to determine replacement, repair or return. If any equipment is found to have damage you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. All equipment found to be damaged more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for repair, return or replacement.
*Exclusions: All Bottles of ink, bottles of pretreatment, transfer paper and parts cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective. There are no refunds or returns on Laser Printers, Vinyl Cutters, Garment Printers, Embroidery Machine, Specialty Platens or Printheads.
