Anyone can sell ink and supplies, however in order to retain your business, we know we have to do more. We go by the motto "treat others how you would want to be treated" and it has served us well.

 We never enjoy leaving messages for our vendors only to be called back days later, so we make it a point to answer every phone call, online chat, text, email, and voicemail every day before anyone leaves.

We know how important it is to get your order in, a service question answered, or just some additional information. It's always painful to get the wrong item or missing items in your order, so we TRIPLE check every order before it leaves the warehouse.

Sometimes you need to call a vendor to get some ideas or help, and it seems like they don't even understand the industry they are in! That's why we created our own printing company that has been in business for 10 years, giving us the knowledge and expertise in all different printing disciplines to help our customers more than any vendor could.
