If you encounter a "Holding Error" in the RipPro software after clicking the print button, it may be due to the software not recognizing your printer. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Click "Queue" in the top menu bar.
- Click "Manage Queue" from the drop-down menu.
- For M2 Users Only: Click the arrow under "Port" and select "MUTOHRJ-901". If prompted, apply to all.
At this point, you can press close and continue with printing. To clear the error, you can either right-click and choose "Clear Error" or use the "X" button at the top with the squeegee icon.
For Viper Users (Step 3B): Click the arrow under "Port" and select "EPSON stylus pro 48..". If prompted, apply to all.
Similar to the M2 users, you can close the window and continue with printing. Use the right-click option to "Clear Error" or click the "X" button at the top to clear it.
