Using the BN-20D DTF Printer in

4 Easy Steps

1. Print to film with the BN-20D and S-PG inks, on S-F164 transfer film.

2. Apply shaking powder over the ink using S-POWDER

 3. Melt powder under heat press at recommended time and temperature. 

4. Heat press design to your fabric and remove the film backing.

Print Speeds

Media width: 20 inches

Max printing width: 18.75 inches (approx.)

 18) 3x3 inch images: 14 minutes or 1.25 minutes per image 

(2) 9x9 inch images: 12 minutes or 6 minutes per image

(1) 12x12 inch images: 15 minutes

The speed can be offset if nesting used.  For example: (1) 12x12 image with (9) 3x3 images will take 15 minutes in a nested setup.
