This is a brand new DTG HM1 and DTG HM1C print head. Current production Printheads have better technology than the previous ones installed in the HM1 Series (which tend to wear out and clog more often).

- Print heads require a signature upon delivery. Please choose a shipping address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the delivery.

PRINT HEADS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on this item. There are no warranties on print heads unless installed by a certified Epson Technician. You will need to download, read, sign and return the Print Head Warranty Form before purchasing.
