I guess the Azon DTS (I guess they don't want to say DTG) will be at Fespa this year.
This is a Croatian manufacturer of garment printers and this new model has been created in response to customer feedback and expands the range of applications Azon’s DTS machines can produce.
The Printer is around $23,500 US and complements the existing DTS model which uses a specially developed gelatine-based ink and can print a full-color A2 print (420x600mm) in 11 minutes at resolutions of up to 2,880dpi.
The addition of a white under-coat will allow you to print full-color, photo-quality on a range of substrates including wood, glass, metal and plastic. Azon is also showcasing its direct to garment printer; TexPro at Fespa. The machine can print on 90% of textiles with the ability to produce up to 50 light material or 15 dark material T-shirts an hour.
Not too shabby. Welcome to the race Azon.
