Print Nozzle Checks  to Prevent Clogs on your Digital T Shirt Printer

If nozzle checks are preformed on your DTG Kiosk everyday, then a nozzle clog can be caught early enough to clear the clog and stop it from destroying the print head.  

If nozzle checks are not preformed daily, a clog can develop into a major problem.  Just because you do not see evidence of clogged nozzles in your prints does not mean everything is all right.  If the direct to substrate printer is used everyday ,a clog may still develop.

Printing and maintaining a perfect nozzle check daily will prevent clogs from catching you by surprise.
